Sushi is the combination of art and dedication of its chef. It also means memories to me. I spent 3 years of part-time work at a small Japanese restaurant, where traditional preparation routine was implemented.
Sushi by Yuji is a Vancouver based sushi joint, where fresh, delicate sushi is presented in front of customer's eyes, mastered by owner Yuji Nagaya.
